 Re: Sth Aust. Firearms Proposal
We will be required to keep a log book for everytime we fart in public at this rate What does our second rate state government hope this will acheive? I would suspect that even if the incidence of violent crime using firearms has gone up (unlikely) that most of the guns used to carry out such acts would be obtained illegally/unregistered anyway?

 Re: Sth Aust. Firearms Proposal
One thing that shits me about silly little things like these requests is that after the major Gun Law changes ( post Port Atrhur ) it was agreed on nationally to unify all the gun laws accross the board from state to state by the Federal Govermment. This happened pretty much in all states exept for WA who have their own stupid gun laws which i found out about when i lived in Kalgoorlie and tried to bring a gun over from Victoria. As for the use of a logbook well i hope that never happens as I would end up with writers cramp. As accross all the shooting / hunting that I do i would fire around 5000 rounds per year. That amount is minor compared to Simon O from here he would need to hire a secretary to fill his out he does that much shooting. Let us all hope this never happens in SA as the other states would not be far ro follow. Cheers Mal.
