Another of the copperhead, A bearded dragon on a fencepost that i photographed last week, and a water skink that i photographed a few weeks ago on the bank of the then flooded ovens river.

Thanks fellas.
Jade, my wife had the good camera and the long lense!!LOL I was left with an 18-55mm and a 28-80mm, so i pretty much had to sit on its tail!!!
There is no way i would ever get that close to a brown or tiger snake!!! Even if i wanted to they probably wouldnt let me, but these highland copperheads are very placid. I was within striking distance laying on my stomach!! LOL

Father in law found this little fella (Bandy bandy?) in a shed he was cleaning out. 1st one I have seen around, think they are endangered?

Hey Wilb, where did he find it? Theres only been something like 2 confirmed sightings in Victoria in the last 10 years!! 1 at mt pilot and 1 dead on road near Bendigo!! Thats an incredible find if it was in Victoria!!
Theyre plentyfull in QLD.

Went to burrinjuck for the long weekend.

heres a few Wildlife shots including this Red Belly Black Snake which we found out for a swim, he lay on the bank trying to get warm for a while after being in the water @ 12C, he was about 5' & as fat as.
