Hi all,

I caught up with the FFFC saturday for a bite to eat at LaPorchetta's and then met my guide for a couple of hours Native stalker Dave McKenna. With Daves 30 odd years of experience he had me onto a fish on the sixth cast. Only a smallin 50 cm cod but i was happy with anything.



Daves work was done and he moved onto Quangers boat to put him onto a couple legal fish.

Saturday night was laugh amoungst good company. Hope to catch up with the guys again soon. A few hours of sleep and daybreak for some surface luring. One hit on splash down but no hook up. Doh
A few bumps for the morning but nothing sticking.

Next day fist afternoon cast produced a colourful green fish caught on a white doozer in the Dorsal fin


The next day got closer to a leagl with a 58cm on a spinnerbait

Good on ya Wayne, hope you can get those pics up mate, it was a good night except for Al's snoring, thank god he was in the truck & not in a tent or none of us would have got any sleep , sorry for pinching your guide on Saturday arvo, he certainly came up with the goods on Sunday & put me onto a couple like you said. 1 thing is for certain, if you can't get a laugh at an FFFC weekend, you haven't got a sense of humour , good to have you join in mate.

Then you can post the pics. The photos came out alright considering I used a tripod and self timer before jumping in front with the fish!
