hey galvo, that's a nice looking pup. i've got a female that will turn 15 this year. might take her out for a little run on the ducks this year, but she is lowing down a bit now. unfortunately she ws bitten by a snake last month and hasn't been the same since. been too good a dog to let a snake get though.

gday acmick i have to agree with you i used to breed gsps and my dog widgeon was a great dog but she died 2yrs ago and i just couldnt get another shorthair as i thought i would compare the new one to widgeon but one of her pups is still going strong at the age of 11yrs and i see her regularly as doozer got her off me and there was nothing better than to see mum and daughter working a quail paddock together

hi niemur, they are great dogs and it wil be hard when she's gone, but i don't think i could get another breed now. maybe she was a good one and i've been spoilt. gsps are definitely for me.
