Great fish Dave

Usually just the swollen vent this time of year, there is generally no discernable physical differences between males & females in Cod and Yellas, but this time of year the girls are full of eggs and the vents swell up...and often the boys leave milt all over your decks when landed, thats about it... the females get soo much bigger because if they dont breed they re-absorb all their eggs so all those nutrients just go back into making the fish bigger
