 new to site
hi all got a email from admin saying i should introduce myself, i am 42 and been fishing(salt) since 2yrs old, i have also hunted for over 20yrs (deer ducks quail)stalking, gundog(pointer) but mostly hounds, just got into fresh water since buying a permanent onsite van at jews creek(eildon) june last yr have lost some ripper cod in eildon(hooked and seen) and caught heaps of trout best 720long about 8.5pounds(taxidermist thinks more but i am conservative) ,never caught a yellowbelly(yet) or landed a cod,but really just starting, mostly done salt water, love game fishing mostly makos, tuna etc best salt 289.5kg mako, apart from the game fishing ,my son is mad keen fisho and just turned 4 so i work my fishing around him ,hence the fishing in eildon and a lot of local squid fishing, soon i will be asking questions once i start chasing the cod a bit more.

 Re: new to site
Welcome aboard mate, sounds like you will fit in well on this site as there are a fair few who also enjoy there hunting too.
Been up at Eildon I'm sure you will be onto your first yellowbelly sooner then later.
