Hi,

I am Mohamed and I have just purchased my first fishing rod since moving to Australia. I am living in North Vicoria with my partner, Kavoos, who is also a keen fisherman.
I have never seen a Cod Fish before but I have heard many great stories from other members of my local mosque about these great fish. I would dearly like to catch one soon as I have been told they are a beautiful fish. From all reports they are similar to a very edible fish in Iran called the Koi which I used to catch when I was younger.

If anybody is interested in going fishing with Kavoos and myself then please send a message as we would love to put our rods to good use.

what type of tackle do you and Kavoos prefer to use
I tend to prefer the larger, heavier tackle, that can take the fierce pulling of the cod.
