We have been known to find the odd damp spot from time to time Al.

codseeker wrote: Guys I have had a few questions of late as too what is going on with EOS, the fish release from last years trip, and the lure clearance sale so I just want to keep you all up to date with what is happening.
This years fish release was not possible as at the time of placing our order they didn't have the required stock on hand. Following on from this we made a pre-order for this years stock through the Euston club so as we wouldnt miss out on acquiring stock for this years release. So the fish release will take place early 2012 and every one on this site will be invited personally to help distribute the fingerlings into the river!!!
G'day blokes, given the events of the last few months, is it possible to increase the order if a few members wanted to chip in a few more bucks to add to the restock program already underway? I reckon nature coud do with a helping hand ... that is if the stock is available. any chance checking and letting us know? cheers fella's R

Re: EOS, Fish Release, Lure Clearance
I spoke with Presto last night as to the fish release and he is following it up at the moment. Apparently around Feb it looks like but he is getting more info and confirmation.
I imagine with alot of lakes now full and the restocking in blackwater affected areas there fingerlings will be in high demand once there ready but I like your idea Ray. Some mates and I recently privetly purchased some larger 20cm cod which where excess farmed cod and stocked them into a few large dams we know off so will be interesting to see hoe they go and grow.

Re: EOS, Fish Release, Lure Clearance
Not sure guy's I have had nothing to do with the fish stocking side of the EOS I just took care of the event side of things.
Origianally it was said around Feb last year and was told it would have to go on hold for 12 months due to black water. With the water quality improving and some Cod starting to get about the time should be right I imagine.
I have been rather busy with work and traveling and only just spoke to Presto for the first time since Christmas tonight but totally forgot to ask him about the fish release. I will give him a call and see whats going on with it or you can send him a message.
Cheers Boob's
