We have been going over there chasing the reddies (love a good feed of reddies) we give each spot a try for 10 to 15 minutes and just keep moving from tree to tree until we get onto a school.Small yabbies(20 to 25 millimeters) are great, jags (baltic bobber) and also black and gold squidgies have been working for us.
By october the yellas should be starting to go, some good size ones got caught over there last year on jackalls.

Cheers

Good work Old Bear.. Good to see you got the big fella off his butt and out fishing too!! And he produced the goods.. Man can he cook those fish and crabs too..

We might have to tee up a springtime trip to Eildon with Redman and Shieldsy etc..

Hey Mazza, bit wet to get out on the tools today. Mate the big fella certainly is a good cook, can't wait to go back up there, he said to come up next april and we will head out to shady camp and chase some of them meter plus ones.

Springtime trip to eildon sounds good, yell out when you want to go, the young fella wants to get some of them big yellas.
