Ok Codseeker's it was a fairly quite summer on the fishing front with all the flooding, wet weather and dirty water, etc but things are starting to settle so hopfully fishing will return to normal soon with good Cod and great adventures to be had.

As some of you know, There was a group of Codseeker members who entered the Hume Classic last year and together we took out the best represented club title and won a nice assortment of prizes from caps to lures to a DVD pack and a boat care/cleaning kit to sun protection gloves, etc.

The genrous memebers who where part of this win decided we would use the prize pack towards prize giveaways throught the year.

The first comp we will run to give away some of these prizes starts Good Friday. Memebers will have untill the 15th of May 2011 to post up there photo's and stories of there adventures over the Easter break.
We want to hear your stories, See your pic's, Read your reports.

Each post you put up in the "Fishing Report" section of the forum under the "Easter Holiday Reports 2011" gives you the chance to win a random prize from our Codseeker prize box. Everyone who enters will have there name placed into a draw and a winner will be pulled out at random.

Had a great day today with the father inlaw landing 5 cod and dropping more than that. Good to have some line pulling through the guides again!

Was great to see that people have been out having a good time and giving it a crack.

Myself I spent Easter up at Lake Fyan’s and had a few quite days fishing but on Easter Monday we found the fish and had a great time. Due to some technical issues I don’t have any pic’s to post up yet but will once available.
