Hi Codseekers, mate of mine is organising this event below. Should be good cause he worked as a guide in Darwin for 5+ years. You just have to get your own flights. A normal charter like this would be twice the price. I will be going on one of the trips which will consist of chasing both barra and reef fish for a few days each. I am planning a fishing trip to darwin on the 21st of june to the 25th of june, and again on the 26th of june to the 30th june. Its to raise money for the Cardross sporting clubs that lost their rooms in the floods. You get picked up in Darwin, taken out to Dundee, boat hire, meals and accomodation oh and of course me there with you to show you where all the fish are. We wil be in groups of around 18 to 20.

Cost is $299 a day!!! or $1495 to five days. All tax deductable.

BARRAMUNDI FISHING IN DARWIN FROM $299/day
Includes:-
Return transfers from Darwin to Dundee Beach. Accommodation in self catered, bunk style house, only 2 min walk from The Lodge of Dundee and boat ramp. Boat hire in 4.5m and 5.3m Polycraft with 50hp and 115hp motors with free tractor launch and retrieval.
Before you leave Mildura I will meet you and your crew, show you local maps of the area you’re going to and where you will be fishing. Explain how to use the sounders and GPS fish finder. Give you advice on what fishing gear you need, advice on what lures to take and how to use them. This means you’ll be set up in advance and arrive with the right gear and equipment to make your top end fishing trip a success. I have previously worked in Dundee as a fishing guide for the past 4 years. Fish species you can target: Barramundi, Golden Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, Coral Trout, tricky snapper, Gt’s, Queen fish, Spanish flag, Long tail Tuna, Mac Tuna, Threadfin Salmon, Blue Salmon, Jew fish, Nanagi, Sharks and many more.
I will be there to help launch and retrieve your boats via tractor and answer any questions you have before you go fishing. Fish boxes are avaible on request to pack your catch into and bring them back home. I will be there to help fillet your fish each day
The Trip:
We have booked our trips in two sets of 5 days. Total Price for the 5 days will be $1495 per person. There are ONLY 18 spots per trip, so book early so you don’t miss out.
First trip will be from the 21st of June to the 25th of June.
Second trip will be from the 26th of June to the 30th of June.
You will be picked up in Darwin the afternoon prior to your trip starting and return to Darwin at the end of your last day fishing.
The Tides: Allowing for some blue water fishing (Jew fish, reef fish, and sport species) and also barramundi fishing. Of course we can’t control the weather and other unforseen circumstances but we’ll do our best to put you onto the fish.

I hope it goes well for you guys, I'm actually gunna be in Darwin during those dates to attend a wedding but have a fairly busy 10 or 11 days already organised so unfortunately won't be able to make the fishing trips a possibilty.
