 Cod Nests & Eggs
I got sent an email which shows a few pictures of a cod, their nest and eggs. The pictures were taken by divers in a local dam. There is only three pictures but I thought it was very interesting.....    Cheers...Brett

wow you can see why they need to be guarded, any random passing fish could have themselves an easy feast

I found it pretty interesting, in the email it mentioned that a smaller cod of around 70cm, moved away from the nest when the divers got closer, but they observed it moving straight back to the nest as the divers moved away. The cod in the picture was estimated to be around 90cm
