Hi guys just a reminder that round 4 is coming up on the proposed date - 5th of March.
Finer details to be announced, just waiting to see what the water is like in the Loddon or Goulburn before we set a location and times. Anyone have any reports or suggestions of locations for this round? Dont forget there is big bucks up for grabs as round 2 jackpotted!

Saturday 5th March 2011

Round 3 – Goulburn River, Mitchleton

The Super Series is a catch and release competition, fish are to be photographed by digital camera on a brag mat and released. Lure fishing only. All welcome. $10 ENTRY

Where – The comp will be run from the camping reserve near Mitchleton winery. Signs will be out from 8am. From Seymour go 16km up Goulburn Valley Fwy heading to Nagambie, Left at Mitchellstown Rd, then left at Mitchellstown Graytown Rd, then Right at Wattle Vale Rd, Camping ground is on your Right. Also if your coming from Bendigo way you can turn off at Graytown.

When – Saturday 5th March.

Registration - Registration strictly between 9am – 10am only.
Fishing starts at 10am till 5pm. Competitors must report catches between 5pm and 5.30pm. Presentations after 5.30pm. Free BBQ at presentations.

Camping –Free camping is available.

Boat launching –Dirt ramp x 2 in reserve.

Fishing Area – Boats must be launched & retrieved from reserve and back in time to report catch photos.

Prizes – The round winner will take home 30% of the cash taken for the day ($10 entry fee) and the prize board. Runner up to the round winner will also receive a prize board. This year we will also be offering a 3rd place prize.

The “BIG NATIVE PRIZE” (Biggest Murray Cod) will take the remaining 70% of prize money. Round 2 of the series “Big Native” was not caught so the prize pool has” jackpotted” to this round. Depending on numbers this round there could be approx $1000 for the biggest Murray cod!!!!!

12 Lucky prizes drawn from catch tokens returned at the end of the day.

$1 raffle tickets for the fish stocking raffle. 3 prizes up for grabs.

All new junior competitors will receive encouragement prizes.
